February has become the month associated with the heart and with love. But what about your own heart?
What makes your heart sing with happiness?
What brings your heart peace, contentment, and bliss?
What is one thing that you can do today that will touch your heart?
Call that friend you’ve meaning to call for weeks (months)?
Buy yourself some flowers?
Take time to read a book?
Turn off the TV/news/social media for a day?
Listen to music – old songs you love, something new, even sounds of nature?
Take that luxurious bath?
Do a gratitude meditation?
What is one thing you can do today to make you laugh?
Laughter is the cheapest form of therapy. It heals the soul and the body.

No matter what the weather might be, what the news might be, what is going on in your life, find a few minutes each day this month to smile, to laugh, to let the light shine on your heart.
Take care of your heart physically and emotionally. If you can do it for a month, you will have established a new habit that you can do every day.
