New Location: Starting May 1,2026

Exciting news! I will be moving to a new location: 711 Division St, Cobourg starting May 1st, 2026.

This new location is located within The Healing Centre at 711 Division Street. 

It is located a few minutes from my previous location, is close to the 401, has a free parking lot at the back of the building and a lovely reception area for you to wait for your appointment.

I will be operating independently from this location so all online booking/payment and contact information will remain the same.🤗

My business is always growing and evolving and I am really excited for this new change. I'm excited to offer more flexibility in my schedule and some additional day-time availability. 

There is also a lovely space available to continue to offer my small yoga nidra meditation workshops/ classes.🧘‍♀️
