I am excited to to announce that I am now trained in Mindful Reflexology.


Mindful Reflexology - providing advanced reflexology techniques and includes bespoke lifestyle suggestions for clients living with stress, anxiety and depression.


With today's busy lifestyles we can often find ourselves living with long-term stress which can have a negative impact on our emotional and physical wellbeing.  We can find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, anxious and/or low in mood. It can become harder to switch off, more difficult to sleep and physical ailments may become more prevalent. Leaving us both mentally and physically exhausted.


Whilst it is not always possible to change a stressful situation, there are ways in which we can learn to cope better and hence feel better.


Mindful Reflexology provides advanced reflexology techniques for working the reflexes associated with stress, anxiety and depression and includes bespoke lifestyle suggestions to aid relaxation and improve wellbeing.


These sessions will be available as a stand alone session and/or the techniques will be incorporated into regular sessions if applicable.
